Notice on Holding the 12th YUANYE Awards Summit Forum and YUANYE Awards for Professionals
To all involved:
Thanks to the strong and wide support of industry-related institutions and enterprises, there are numerous participants submitting and presenting their high-quality entries in the YUANYE Awards International Competition in 2021. To stay on the top reputation and effecting status in the landscape architecture fields, granting outstanding professionals with great academic and industrial commendations, further enhancing the professional exchanges and improvement, the 12th YUANYE Awards Summit Forum and YUANYE Awards for Professionals Ceremony (The Second Round) will be held in Beijing on April 23rd to 24th, 2022. The relevant information is notified as follows:
This conference will be held in accordance with the requirements of the nation and local government on the prevention and control of the COVID-19. All participating institutions, enterprises and individuals are requested to comply with the local epidemic prevention regulations especially in the specific conference venue, to ensure the safety of participating and travelling.

3.Conference Theme
This conference topic will focus on the theme of “Healthy, Liveable and Low-carbon Cities”.
4.Conference Form
In response to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control of the local government, the conference will hold the conference on-site and online. The organizer will strictly control the number of on-site participants and the conference will be broadcast live.
5.1 Awards ceremony
All winning enterprises and individuals will be awarded certificates.
5.2 Master Symposium & Dialogue
The organizer will invite internationally famous or highly reputable scholars and designers in the field of architecture or landscape architecture to present presentations and symposiums.

5.4 Interview
The organizer will organize media practitioners to conduct on-site interviews with well-known experts, award-winning designers and outstanding tutors etc.

6. Announcements Regards Registration for conferences and presentations
6.1 Winners
To all winners, please pay high attention to and actively participate in the relevant forum and award ceremony. Please prepare in advance the presented resources and attend in formal attire.
6.2 Presentation Registration
6.21. All involved are requested to actively arrange designers (Design director or above level position) to register for the presentations about award-winning projects.
6.22. The presentation time of each speaker is a maximum of 15 minutes. Please submit the speaker’s profile, presentation topics and main content to the YUANYE Awards organizing committee before April 15th. The YUANYE Awards organizing committee will give priority to the sharing of winning projects.
6.3 This conference is completely open and welcomes all organizations, enterprises and research institutions to apply for incorporated hosting or parallel hosting. The YUANYE Awards committee welcome all the stakeholders to join in. The selected venues, academic convener and other proposed information are requested to send to YUANYE Awards organizing committee before March 25th, 2022.
7. Conference Register Fee
The registration fee for the conference is 1,800 yuan per person (including 2 lunches and 1 dinner during the conference period). The transportation, board and lodging expenses during the conference are excluded.
Enterprises of different level membership enjoy different corresponding prices.
8. Promotion and Sponsorship
8.1 The YUANYE Awards International Competition for University Students is an international public welfare competition. It needs strong support from all social parties and welcomes them to set up enterprises scholarships to expand the industrial influence, enhance the brand value, promote the prosperity and development of the industry together, and cultivate increasingly outstanding talents.
8.2 The YUANYE Awards Summit Forum has become an influential international event in the Asia-Pacific region. The organizer welcome all social, industrial and academic parties to be the co-organizer, further mutually building the relevant brand development strategy. The organizer will provide all participating parties the whole process of publicity and promotion plan.
8.3 The conference will set up an independent exhibition zone for award-winning enterprises. Enterprises can apply for specific exhibition zones for award-winning presentations. Please contact the committee in time to reserve spaces.
